As members of various ethnicities and backgrounds which feature over thousands of linguistic ways of pronounciation, it is difficult for ethnic groups to identify the true meaning behind words of the other and how exactly to say it

As a result of this uprising conflict, The ICAO developed the International Radiotelephony Spelling Alphabet to ease communication.
